Step by step guide to making a return


  • Step 1 - Using the online returns portal start your return, this just lets us know you are returning and why, you will receive an email shortly after with the below step by step guide and the address. (check your junk mail)
  • Step 2 - Add your packing slip inside the return if you have misplaced this you can just include your contact name and order number, please note if you send your return with no details inside we can not process this. 
  • Step 3 - All items need to be packed in original packaging and with tags attached, please note shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Step 3 - You can hand write or print the address and take this to the post office. 
  • Step 4 - Arrange postage for your parcel.  We advise Royal Mail second class signed or tracked. Please keep your postage receipt. Please check with other delivery services as some will not deliver to a PO.BOX
  • Step 5 - You will be notified by email once we have processed you refund, please note we need to have received the parcel within the 14 days of dispatch. 
  • Step 6 - Allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed and refunded.
