Step by step guide to making a return

• Step 1 - Use the guide below to send your return - You have 14 days to get the parcel back to our warehouse to receive a refund. 
• Step 2 - Add your packing slip inside the return if you have misplaced this you can just include your contact name and order number
• Step 3 - All items need to be packed in original packaging and with tags attached, please note shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Step 3 - You can hand write or print the address and take this to the post office. 
• Step 4 - Arrange postage for your parcel. Any signed or tracked equivalent is suitable. Please keep your postage receipt. 
• Step 5 - You will be notified by email once we have received it, please note we need to have received the parcel within the 14 days. 
• Step 6 - Allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed and refunded.
