What is your returns policy?

We will only except returns within 14 days of dispatch, you will need to have sent your parcel back to us within this period.

You will only be able to use the return portal within the 14 day return policy, anything over this will not be accepted. Please allow shipping time as the 14 day time frame starts from date shipped so we suggest trying on your items as soon as you receive them and the returning promptly. 

If you're unhappy with your item or if your item is faulty in any way and has not been worn you can return your item. If the garment has been worn it will be returned back to the customer. Please note the delivery cost is non refundable as the service for shipping has been provided. All return cost are covered by the customer. 

Please note, if the garment has been worn or the tags have been removed we cannot refund, this will be returned back to you at your own cost. 

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period (14 Days). If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 

As our address has recently changed we can only accept returns made via the online portal as this is set up to be sent to the returns warehouse, any missing return parcels our the customers responsibility you would need to contact your delivery service if the returns address is not the one on the returns portal. 

Please note if you have purchased a sale item you will only be credited via store credit, this will be issued to you via email, all store credits have a 12 month expiry  date.  All final sale items are non refundable and can’t be returned. 

  • Please note if you receive free delivery over £100 and return items to bring your order under the value of £100 the free delivery will be deducted from your refund amount. (£6.99 the cost of sending a large parcel)

How To Make A Return?

 

  • Step 1 - Add your packing slip inside the return if you have misplaced this you can just include your contact name and order number, please note if you send your return with no details inside we can not process this. 
  • Step 2 - All items need to be packed in original packaging and with tags attached, please note shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Step 3 - You can hand write or print the address and take this to the post office. 
  • Step 4 - Arrange postage for your parcel.  We only accept Royal Mail first or second class signed or tracked. Please keep your postage receipt. Please note all other delivery services will not deliver to a PO.BOX so we will not receive your return. 
  • Step 5 - You will be notified by email once we have processed you refund, please note we need to have received the parcel within the 14 days of dispatch. 
  • Step 6 - Allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed and refunded.
  • Please note if you receive free delivery over £100 and return items to bring your order under the value of £100 the free delivery will be deducted from your refund amount. (£6.99 the cost of sending a large parcel)

 How Long Will My Refund Take?

Once you request a return you will receive an email which includes the return address, from this date please allow 7-14 workings days for this to be processed and refunded.  


Do you provide International delivery?

 Yes! We provide International delivery - Tracked 3/5 working days, the cut off time is UK time 2pm. You can track this via the tracking number provided. 

 

Where's My Order?

If you have purchased and selected UK NEXT DAY - the items are sent Next day as long as you place your order by 2pm - If you order on Monday for example you will get your parcel the next working day so the Tuesday, However after 2pm this would then be shipped the next working day. Please note if you place an order on Friday before 2pm this will arrive the next working day which would be the following Monday. 

You can track your order via the shipping email you would have been sent or text message.
