Customs & Charges
Empowa Clothing Limited is not liable for any customs, fees or port charges. The customer will take responsibility for all extra fees.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! We provide International DHL Express 1-3 working days, the cut off time is UK time 12pm. This service is super fast & safe! You can track this via the tracking number provided.
How do I exchange an item?
If your not happy with your purchase and wish to exchange, please fill out the exchange form provided. If you don't have one please contact us as soon as possible we can send you details for your item to be returned, Please note exchanges are only available for UK customers and will only be accepted within the 14 day policy.
Where's My Order?
If you have purchased an international order, you can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation email, the number and link to sender are both available. ( please note if you haven't shopped with us before this may have gone into your junk mail!)
If you have purchased from the UK the items are sent DPD Next day as long as you place your order by 12pm on Monday for example you will get your parcel the next working day so the Tuesday, However after 12pm this would then be shipped the next working day. Please note if you place an order on Friday before 12pm this will arrive the next working day which would be the following Monday.
You can track your order via the shipping email you would have been sent or text message.
We do not store credit card details.

What is your returns policy?
We will only except returns within 14 days of purchase if your unhappy with your items or if your item is faulty in any way and has not been worn, if the garment has been worn it will be returned back to the customer. Please note the delivery cost is non refundable as the service for shipping as been provided.
Please note, if the garment has been worn or the tags have been removed we cannot exchange or refund.
Please note we only offer the exchange one time only and do not cover the incoming delivery charges only the outgoing.
We do not accept exchanges on international orders.
Please note we do not accept returns on sale items, only exchanges.
