Customs & Charges

Empowa Clothing Limited is not liable for any customs, fees or port charges. The customer will take responsibility for all extra fees. 


What is your returns policy?


We will only except returns within 14 days of purchase if you're unhappy with your items or if your item is faulty in any way and has not been worn, if the garment has been worn it will be returned back to the customer. Please note the delivery cost is non refundable as the service for shipping has been provided. 

Please note, if the garment has been worn or the tags have been removed we cannot refund

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period (14 Days). If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 


How To Make A Return?

Click on our returns portal, which is located in the main menu! Please note you will not be able to use the return portal if you have gone over the 14 day return policy. 

Sale items are store credit only.

We recommend royal mail second class signed for UK customers. International customers use their preferred service, all return costs paid by the customer. 

We only accept returns for international customers within 30 days of purchase. 

Do you provide International delivery?

 Yes! We provide International DHL Express 1-3 working days, the cut off time is UK time 12pm. This service is super fast & safe! You can track this via the tracking number provided. 


 Where's My Order?

If you have purchased an international order, you can easily track your order via your shipping confirmation email. ( please note if you haven't shopped with us before this may have gone into your junk mail!)

If you have purchased from the UK the items are sent DPD Next day as long as you place your order by 1pm on Monday for example you will get your parcel the next working day so the Tuesday, However after 1pm this would then be shipped the next working day. Please note if you place an order on Friday before 1pm this will arrive the next working day which would be the following Monday. 

You can track your order via the shipping email you would have been sent or text message.
